摘要
机床在工作过程中受迫振动或是自激振动引起机床立柱产生共振现象。安装有刀架的横梁固定在立柱的轨道上,因此立柱的共振会引起刀具的振动,从而在加工过程中造成不仅会影响机床的动态精度和被加工零件的质量,而且还要降低生产效率和刀具的耐用度,振动剧烈时甚至会降低机床的使用性能,伴随振动所发出的噪音会影响机床工人的健康。本文以某型号数控立式车床的立柱作为研究对象,采用Solidworks对其进行建模,并利用ANSYS Workbench对其进行模态分析,提取前6阶固有频率与与之相对应的振型。通过模拟仿真得出的振型图对其薄弱环节进行分析,为日后的优化设计提供一定指导意义。
Lathe in the work by forced vibration or self-excited vibration causes the machine column resonance phenomenon.Installed the turret beams fixed on the track of the column,therefore,the resonance of the column will cause the vibration of the tool,caused in the process will not only affect the quality of the dynamic accuracy of the machine tool and the machined parts,and reduce production efficiency and durability of the tool.Severe vibration or even reduces the performance of the machine,associated with the noise generated by the vibration will affect the health of the machine workers.In this paper,a model of CNC vertical lathe column as the research object,modeled with Solidworks and do modal analysis with ANSYS Workbench extract its first six natural frequencies corresponding to the vibration mode.By analog simulation to find the weak links,it provides some guidance for future optimization design
