摘要
热电偶是科研、工业生中最常用的测温元件,尽管结构简单,使用中仍然会产生较大测量误差。通过对热电偶测温精度的分析,了解掌握误差产生的原因,从而对这些引起测温误差的因素和对热电偶测温元件的特性有一定的了解,通过采取必要的措施,有些误差是可以避免和减小的,这对提高测量精度,延长热电偶使用寿命有一定帮助。
Thermocouple in the scientific research,industrial thermocouple is most commonly used in the temperature measurement element,although has the advantages of simple structure,in the use large measurement error is still produced.Based on thermocouple temperature measurement precision analysis,understanding the causes of the errors,thus understanding the measuring error caused by the factors and the thermocouple element characteristics,by taking necessary measures,some of the errors can be avoided and reduced,improving the measurement precision,prolong the using life of the thermocouple.
