摘要
资源和环境问题是世界面临的两大问题,开发清洁代用燃料汽车和提高汽车排放水平成为汽车工业的重要研究课题。我们以某公司增压中冷柴油机为基础,基于电控稀薄燃烧技术对部分零部件进行结构优化设计,并采用国际先进的NG电控燃气系统,研发了一种大功率NG发动机。通过大量的匹配与优化试验,完成了NG发动机控制系统的开发与标定工作。试验验证及用户使用表明,该机动力性和经济性完全达到了设计指标及用户使用的要求,排放达到了国Ⅳ标准。
The development of clean alternative fuel automobile and reducing vehicle emissions of pollution are important projects in Chinese automobile industry.This article introduces a NG engine with high power,which has been developed by a company based on Turbocharged Inter-Cooled Diesel engine technology.The engine optimizes the structure design of parts,and adopts international advanced NG electronic control fuel gas system,which based on the electric control lean-burn technology.By way of a large number of matching and optimization tests,the development and calibration for the NG engine control system have been completed.According to the verification of test and usage of customers,it shows that the power and economy of this engine fully meet requirements of design index and user's,and the emission standard achieves to the National Ⅳ.
