摘要
在晨鸣项目150MW反动式汽轮机的转化吸收工作过程中,总结了引进机组与国内大多数机组的,不同理念、不同特点,以及综合性能的区别。该汽轮机结构简单紧凑,节省了大量的人力物力和材料,从而节省大量成本,是汽轮机生产经济性大大提高。转子采用焊接转子,具有强度高,相对重量轻,结构紧凑,刚度大的特点,而且能适应低压部分需要大直径的要求。找到了许多今后我国汽轮机设计开发过程中的可以借鉴的地方。
This article briefly introduces and summarizes the differences of design ideas,characteristics between most of domestic and overseas turbine units,especially in the process of transformation and digestion about ChenMing 150 MW reaction turbine project.This type of steam turbine has simple and compact structure,low manpower and material consumption,which benefits for its cost control and economic efficiency.The rotor use welding formation which has high mechanical strength,relatively light weight,compact structure,and hard rigidity characteristics and it can adapt to the need of large diameter of low pressure requirements that can be used for reference in the design process of domestic steam turbine.
