摘要
本文从我国工业地产的基本特点出发,阐述了工业地产现状,以及存在的问题和发展出路,分析了工业地产企业面对市场竞争日益激烈,要从根本上提升市场竞争力,保持长期的竞争优势,需要打造和提高企业的核心竞争力。
This paper starts from the basic characteristics of China＇s industrial estate,expounds the status,the existing problems and the future road of industrial real estate,and analyzes that the industrial real estate enterprises facing fierce competition in the market need to build and improve enterprise＇s core competitiveness,in order to fundamentally enhance market competitiveness and maintain long-term competitive advantage.
