改性固硫灰对PP/EVA复合材料性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了实现固硫灰的高附加值利用,采用模压成型制备改性固硫灰/聚丙烯/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(MCFA/PP/EVA)复合材料,通过万能测试机、扫描电镜、同步热分析仪、示差扫描量热仪和熔融流动速率仪考察了改性固硫灰(MCFA)对复合材料力学性能、断面形貌、热性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明,添加少量MCFA可提高PP/EVA复合材料的断裂伸长率,当MCFA用量为15%时增韧效果尤为明显,断裂伸长率最大为80.20%,进一步增加MCFA用量,增韧效果下降。随着MCFA用量增加,MCFA/PP/EVA复合材料的熔融指数降低,热稳定性增加。 In order to realize the high value-added utilization of CFBC fly ashes,the composites of modified CFBC fly ashes (MCFA)/PP/ethylene-vinylacetate (EVA) elastomer were prepared by compression molding process.The effect of MCFA on the mechanical,morphological,thermal and processable properties of the composites were studied by universal testing machine,scanning electron microscopy (SEM),thermo-gravimetric (TGA),differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and melt flow index (MFI).lhe results show that the addition of MCFA had significantly toughening effect on the PP/EVA composites.When the content of MCFA was 15%,the elongation at break attained a maximum of 80.20%.With the content of MCFA increased,the melting index of MCFA/PP/EVA composites decreased,and the thermal stability increased.
