掺硼金刚石膜电极电化学氧化降解TNT的研究 被引量:2

摘要 首先采用循环伏安法研究了TNT在掺硼金刚石(BDD)膜电极上的电化学氧化-还原行为。基于此,开展了以BDD电极为阳极,电化学高级氧化降解TNT废液的研究,考察了电极电流密度对TNT降解率、溶液化学需氧量(COD)的影响。结果表明:随着电流密度从20 mA/cm2增加到150 mA/cm2,TNT降解率及COD去除率均明显增加,但平均电流效率降低,能耗呈线性增加。综合考虑,在较低电流密度下电氧化降解TNT废液降解更经济合理。 The dectrochemical behavior of TNT on boron-doped diamond (BDD) film dectrode was firstly studied through the way of cyclic voltammetry (CV).Based on the result of the above experiment,the electrochemical advanced oxidation process using BDD films as anode electrode were used for degradation of TNT wastewaters.The dependent of current density of electrode on the TNT removal and chemical oxygen demand (COD) in the wastewaters were carefully investigated.The results show that the rote of TNT removal and COD reduction would increase with the increase of anode current density from 20 mA/cm2 to 150 mA/crn2.However,the energy consumption increased linearly with the decrease of the average current efficiency (ICE).Comprehensively considered,the electro-oxidation degradation of the TNT wastewaters atlower current is more economical and reasonable.
