摘要 在指向式旋转导向钻井系统的基础上,对基于双偏心环调节机构的动态指向式旋转导向钻井工具模型进行Matlab虚拟现实仿真。利用3Dmax软件,构建钻井工具的虚拟三维模型。在Matlab环境下,通过工具箱中虚拟现实接口,将钻井系统的控制模型与三维模型连接起来,改变各个参数的设置,观察钻井工具三维模型的运动,为动态指向式旋转导向钻井系统的研究以及实现对钻井系统的最优设计打下理论基础。 The simulation of the dynamic rotary steerable drilling system based on double eccentric ring adjustment mechanism is completed in this paper. Using three-dimensional model of the 3Dmax software, a virtual three-dimensional model of the drilling tool can be build. Under the environment of Matlab, virtual reality interface of toolbox in Matlab can link control model with three-dimensional model of the drilling system. We can change the settings of the various parameters and observe the movement of the three-dimensional model of drilling tools to study this new drilling system as well as to lay a theoretical basis for the optimal design of the drilling system.
