鸡马立克氏病发生与细胞内HSP70 mRNA转录水平相关性研究

摘要 通过人工攻毒建立鸡马立克氏病肿瘤模型。利用荧光定量RT-PCR方法,研究肿瘤发生、发展过程中,HSP70mRNA转录水平的变化。结果显示:攻毒21d后,试验鸡肝脏和脾脏内HSP70mRNA的转录水平极显著升高,而疫苗组和空白组鸡肝脏和脾脏内HSP70mRNA的转录水平差异不显著(P>0.05)。
