青棚是彝族人民生活中不可或缺的角色之一,从初始作为民居形式的一种到婚丧、祭祀、节日时的宴棚,再到青棚里吟唱的青棚调,青棚在这个过程中逐渐演化为习俗符码,青棚文化也由此泛起。
Green Shed is one of the indispensable role in the life of the Yi people, as from one form of the initial residential to a feast shed of wed- dings, funerals, sacrifice and festivals, to the singing tune of Green Shed in green shed. In the process, Green Shed gradually evolved into custom sym- bols, Green Shed culture thus thrown.
