摘要
利用循环伏安法研究天冬氨酸-邻二氮菲-Cu(II)配合物([Cu(Phen)(Asp)]2+)与脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)之间的相互作用.结果表明,在pH 6.8的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,配合物[Cu(Phen)(Asp)]2+产生一对灵敏的氧化还原峰,峰电流随DNA浓度的增大而逐渐降低.在最佳实验条件下,测定线性范围为0.02-10.05μg/mL,检出限为0.002μg/mL,且研究该配合物存在条件下对DNA的电化学诱导降解.
The interaction of [Cu(Phen)(Asp)]2+ complexe with DNA was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The experimental results show that [Cu(Phen)(Asp)]2+ complex produced a sensitive oxidation peak and a sensitive reduction peak, and the peak current significantly reduced after joining DNA at pH 6.8 phosphate buffer solution. Under optimal conditions, the calibration graph was linear over the range of 0.02 - 10.05 μg/mL for DNA. The corresponding detection limit was 0. 002 μg/mL. Elctrochemical degradation of DNA in the presence of [Cu (Phen) (Asp)]2+ complexe was also studied.
