Thinking on Financial Reform and Development in Economic Zone of Central China

推进中原经济区建设,是我国促进中部地区崛起,推动全国区域协调发展的一项重大战略。加快中原经济区金融改革、创新与发展,对中原经济区建设意义重大。从激活民间资本市场、解决企业贷款难担保难、发展地方金融、加强地方金融监管等角度,提出了十一个方面的对策建议,以期对全省、安阳及地方金融改革创新有所启示。

To promote the construction of Economic Zone of Central China is a major strategy of our country which can promote the rise of central region and regional coordinated development of the entire country. It is of great significance to accelerate the financial innovation ,reform and development for the construction of E- conomic Zone of Central China. Eleven countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the point of view of activating the private capital market, solving the difficulty of loaning and guaranteing for the enterprise, and strengthening local financial regulation in this paper in order to inspire the financial reform and innovation of the province, Anyang and local government.
