摘要
高职院校人力资源管理的客观现实呼唤对高职教师有效激励机制进行探索,文章以现代激励理论的视角,通过理论回顾与现实分析,构建了高职教师激励的整体思路,并就高职特色教师激励的实现路径提出了建议。
The objective reality of human resources management in Vocational Colleges calls for explore for effective incentive mechanism of Higher Vocational Teachers.This article is based on the modern motivation theory, through the theoretical review and practical analysis, constructed the whole idea of higher vocational teachers, building a vocational teacher incentive and characteristics of higher vocational education path is suggested.And puts forward suggestions to achieve path and the characteristics of higher vocational education teacher incentive.
