摘要
阐述了基于JSP的办公自动化系统的研究与设计。通过分析中小型企业的组织结构和管理模式,研究如何采用信息化网络化的手段,使企业办公管理中如会议管理、公告管理和考勤管理等环节更加可控和高效。系统使用Microsoft SQL Server2005作为数据库服务器端,开发工具使用了JSP技术,并采用MVC设计模式、Struts技术、Hibernate技术等,最终设计出符合企业需求的办公自动化管理系统。
This paper describes the research and design of office automation system based on JSP by analyzing organizational structure and management model of SMEs to study how to use the information technology network means to better control efficiently the link of business office management such as meeting management, bulletin management and attendance management and other aspects. The office automation management system to meet the business needs was ultimately designed by using Microsoft SQL Server2005 as the database server of system, using JSP technology as development tools, and using the MVC design pattern, Struts technology, Hibernate technology and so on.
