当代大学生幸福感调查与思考——以湖北文理学院为例

Investigation and Thinking of Contemporary College Students' Happiness——Take Hubei University ofArts and Science as an Example

追求幸福是人生的主题,关注大学生幸福,引导大学生正确理解和追求幸福,具有重要的现实意义。本文通过调查当代大学生幸福感,分析了影响大学生幸福感的因素,探索了大学生幸福教育的途径:通过课程教育和网络社团等各种平台培养学生积极向上的幸福观;发挥社团、班级作用,开展活动培养大学生感知幸福和创造幸福的能力。

The pursuit of happiness is the theme of life. It is an important practical significance for us to pay attention to students＇ happiness and guide college students to correctly understand and to pursue happiness. Through the investigation of contemporary college students＇ happiness, this article analyzed the influence factors of College Students＇ sense of happiness, and explored the way of happiness education among university students, for example cultivating students＇ positive view of happiness by education and network community and other platforms, playing community and class action to carry out activities in cultivating college students＇ perception of happiness and the ability to create happiness.
