摘要
针对门座式起重机门架结构的特点,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立MQ1625门座式起重机门架有限元模型,并对其结构进行有限元分析.在有限元结构分析的基础上,对其进行优化设计,得到了较满意的计算结果.门架的分析和优化结果为门座式起重机门架结构的设计和应用提供了有益的参考.
According to the characteristics of portal frame of portal crane MQ1625,the study created and analysed the finite element model of the frame structure by using the finite element analysis(FEA) software ANSYS.Based on the FEA results,it optimized the design in order to satisfy the calculation requirement.The portal frame analysis and optimization results provide a useful reference for the design and application of portal crane structure.
