摘要
基于压电原理,建立了带质量块的单晶压电悬臂梁模型,并运用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行模态分析和谐响应分析,研究支撑层厚度电压输出的影响,并进行应力分析,解释产生该结果的原因,最后在此基础上提出优化模型.
Based on the piezoelectric principle,the paper established a piezoelectric monomorph cantilever with the mass.It then used the finite element software ANSYS to conduct modal analysis and harmonic response analysis.A study was also made to analyse the influence of the support layer thickness on the stress and voltage output and explain the cause of the results through the stress analysis.Finally,it put forward a optimization model.
