摘要
采用金相显微镜、SEM、EDS,研究热处理工艺对5083铝合金晶间腐蚀的影响.研究结果为:试样经过180℃退火后,内部形成了等轴晶粒,晶界上析出了β相(Mg2Al3);稳定化试样在350℃下保温4 h,再经过180℃退火保温150 h,其晶间腐蚀深度最小,在50μm以下,晶间腐蚀等级为3级.
The effects of heat Treatment on intergranular corrosion of 5083 aluminum alloy are investigated by using metallurgical microscope,SEM,EDS.The results show that: By the annealing at 180 ℃ of sample,equiaxed grains is formed and the phase β(Mg 2 Al 3) is precipitated in the grain boundary;By the heat treatment at 350 ℃ for 4 hours,after annealing at 180 ℃ for 150 hours of stabilized samples,intergranular corrosion depth is the minimum and less than 50 μm,and the intergranular corrosion grade is 3.
