统筹城乡发展背景下农村体育发展面临的机遇与挑战——以重庆为例

Opportunities and challenges for the development of rural sports under the background of overall planning of urban and rural development——Taking Chongqing as an example

研究认为,统筹城乡发展从社会环境、经济条件、交通条件、体育基础设施等方面为农村体育发展带来了新机遇,同时也使农村体育发展面临体育生力军丧失、体育参与主体改变、社会保障制度不完善等挑战;应从打好体育发展基础、合理规划发展蓝图、培养新的体育参与主体、打造体育特色项目和发展农村体育产业等方面入手.

The study suggests that the notion of overall planning of urban and rural development brings new opportunities to rural sports development in terms of social environment, economic condition, traffic conditions, sports infrastructure and so on. However, the idea also causes rural sports to face the challenges of losing physical force, changing main participants and so on. New development thoughts should be considered and applied, such as laying good foundation for sports development, making proper plan and development blueprint, training new sports participants, creating featured sports projects and developing rural sports industry.
