综合康复治疗对偏瘫患者肩部及上肢运动能力的影响

The Effect Analysis of the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Intervention in the Development Movement Ability of Shoulder and Arm in Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:探讨综合康复治疗对偏瘫患者肩部及上肢运动能力的影响。方法:以本院2010年1月-2013年1月收治的16例偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组8例,所有患者均积极治疗原发病所有患者均积极治疗原发病,并行相应护理。观察组患者增加综合康复干预项目。其主要内容包括功能训练和健康教育两部分。比较两组患者治疗前后肩部及上肢运动能力、日常生活能力、治疗依从度和生活质量之间的差异。结果:经过治疗,两组患者的肩部及上肢运动能力均有所提高,与治疗前比较,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者肩部及上肢运动能力、下地活动能力、生活自理能力、治疗依从度和生活质量评分高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复干预能有效提高偏瘫患者肩部及上肢运动能力,增强其康复效果,改善其生活质量。

Objective： To analyze the effect of the comprehensive rehabilitation intervention in the development movement ability of shoulder and ann in patients with hemiplegia. Method： 16 patients with hemiplegitt were divided into objective group and control group, each group had 8 cases. Two groups of patients were actively treating the primary disease, parallel to the corresponding nursing. The objective group was added the comprehensive rehabilitation intervention. The difference of movement ability of shoulder and arm, daily life ability and quality of life between two groups were compared. Result： After treatment, two groups of patients with shoulder and upper limb movement ability improved, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . After treatment, the observation group of patients with shoulder and upper limb movement ability, the fields activity ability, the ability to care for life, treatment adherence and quality of life scores were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： h can attain satisfactory effect to use the comprehensive rehabilitation intervention in the development movement ability of shoulder and ann in patients with hemiplegia.
