探析对175例骨科患者行临床舒适护理的疗效观察

Analysis of 175 Orthopedics Patients Used Clinical Comfort Care's Efficacy Observation

目的:研究观察对175例骨科患者进行临床舒适护理的疗效情况。方法:选取2012年4月-2013年4月在本院接受治疗的175例骨科患者,以数字法随机分成观察组87例和对照组88例。对照组实施常规性护理方案,观察组在此基础上另外实施舒适护理。比较两组患者满意度以及疗效。结果:观察组满意率96.55%显著高于对照组的67.05%,观察组疼痛评分(6.3±1.2)分显著低于对照组的(7.2±1.7)分,观察组肢体关节评分(82±17)分显著高于对照组的(75±16)分,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对骨科患者实施舒适护理,可明显增加病患满意度,具有显著疗效,值得临床推荐。

Objective： To study and observe 175 orthopedics patients use clinical comfort care＇s efficacy.Method： 175 orthopedics patients in our hospital was received treatment from April 2012 to April 2013.Used digital method randomly divided into the observation group （ 87 cases ） and the control group （ 88 cases ） .The control group was given routine nursing program, and the observation group on the basis of it, was given comfort care.The satisfaction and efficacy of two groups of patients Were compared.Result： The satisfaction rate of observation group was 96.55%, which was significantly higher than 67.05% of the control group.The pain score of observation group was （ 6.3 ± 1.2 ）, which was significantly lower than （ 7.2 ± 1.7 ） score of the control group.The Limb joint score of observation group was （ 82 ± 17 ）, which was significantly higher than （ 75 ± 16 ） score of the control group.The differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： For orthopedic patients using comfort care can significantly increase patient satisfaction, and have a significant effect, is worthy of recommendation.
