摘要
目的:提高结肠双对比灌肠检查的安全性及检查效果。方法:采用数字化胃肠机,智能胃肠整复仪对52例患者行双对比灌肠检查。最后检出阳性病例均以手术或病理证实,并回顾性与47例传统法结肠造影结果作对比。结果:52例患者都顺利完成检查,均未发生灌肠副用,安全率100%;检查效率与可供诊断率达优;总阳性检查率达94%。结论:应用数字化胃肠机结合智能胃肠整复仪对直接双对比法进行改良,具有更高的安全性、简便性,能提高病灶检出率和诊断率。
Objective： To improve the safety of colon double contrast enema and evaluate effects.Method： Used digital gastrointestinal machine and intelligent gastrointestinal reconstructive instrument to 52 cases of patients with colon double contrast enema examination.The positive cases were confirmed by operation or pathology, and were retrospectively compared with 47 cases of colon imaging and traditional method.Result： 52 patients were successfully completed inspection, had not been happened enema side effects.The rate of safety factor was 100%.Check efficiency and diagnostic rate of optimal available, the total positive rate was 94%.Conclusion： Application of digital gastrointestinal machine combined with intelligent gastrointestinal reconstructive instrument for improved colon double contrast enema have higher safety and convenience, it can improve lesion detection rate and diagnosis rate.
