气相色谱—质谱联用测定广西不同产地磨盘草的挥发油成分

Analysis of Volatile Oil in Abutilon indicum (L. ) Sweet from Various Habitats by GC-MS

目的采用气相色谱—质谱联用技术分析三个不同产地磨盘草挥发油的化学成分,为其质量评价提供依据。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取磨盘草挥发油,经正丙醇萃取后,采用GCMS法分析鉴定磨盘草中主要挥发油的化学成分,并进行比较。结果三个不同产地的磨盘草挥发油中,共鉴定出6种相同成分,主要包括植物醇,棕榈酸,2-十五烷酮-6,10,14-三甲基,油酸酰胺,二十四烷,正二十五烷。结论本实验为开发利用磨盘草药用资源提供了实验参考依据。

Objective To analyze the chemical components of the essential oil of the Abutilon indicum（L.） Sweet from various habitats and provide scientific basis for its quality control.Method The essential oil was extracted by water-steam distillation.The relative content of chemical components was identified by GC-MS method.Result Three batches of Abutilon indicum（L.） Sweet from various habitats were determined and 6 common characteristic compounds were identified,mainly including the Phytol,the nHexadeca noic acid,the 2-Pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl-,the 9-Octadecenami de,（Z）-,the Tetracos ane and the Pentacosane.Conclusion Provide a basis for the science choice for medicinal purposes spot.
