下肢静脉曲张的中医药疗法研究近况

Research progress of the traditional Chinese medicine therapy on varicose veins

下肢静脉曲张的中医药疗法主要包括中药内服、针灸、中药泡洗足浴及内外合治法。中药内服多以益气活血、化瘀通络为主;针灸主要通过放血疗法,以祛瘀生新,通经活络;中药泡洗足浴则使药物借助热力直达患处以化瘀通络;内外合治法通过内调整体,外治局部,二者相辅相成,共奏益气散瘀之效。近期临床研究表明,中医疗法可有效减轻下肢静脉扩张、水肿、溃疡等临床表现,并显著改善患肢沉重、胀痛等自觉症状,从而提高患者的生活质量。但目前临床研究中仍存在辨证分型不统一、诊断标准及疗效评价标准不规范、科研方法不严谨等问题。

For the treatment of varicose veins,decoction,acupuncture,herbal bath,lavipeditum and combined therapy are the primary TCM methods.The aim of Decoction is to tonifying Qi and invigorate the circulation of blood.Acupuncture can removing blood stasis for promoting tissue regeneration via bloodletting.For herbal bath,the active ingredient of herbal can directly act on the affected parts with the help of heat.The combination of internal therapies with external therapies can acquire a better effect.Recent clinical research shows that,TCM therapy can efficiently relieve the main signs,such as varicose vein,edema,ulcer,and remarkably reduce the symptoms including heaviness and pain,thus enhance the patient＇s quality of life.However,the deficiencies of TCM research are that TCM classification of syndrome,diagnostic criteria and outcome assessment are standardized,and the research is not scientific.
