从选铜尾矿中回收钨的选矿工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对某选铜尾矿中钨矿物主要以白钨矿为主、且细泥含量高的矿石性质,采用脱泥-浮选-加温精选工艺流程,并采用广州有色金属研究院研制的回收钨的高效捕收剂TAB-3,对WO3品位0.23%的选铜尾矿,可获得WO3品位52.17%、回收率74.25%的白钨精矿,实现了从选铜尾矿中综合回收钨的目标. According to the ore properties of copper tailings, the main tungsten mineral is scheelite, and the copper tailings contains high amount of fine slime. Then the technological flowsheet of desliming- grinding-flotation-heating process and the recovering tungsten efficient collector TAB-3 developed by Guangzhou Institute of Non-ferrous Metals were adopted. When the WO3 grade of copper tailings is 0. 23%,the seheelite concentrate containing WO3 52. 17% with the recovery of 74. 25% are obtained, and the goal of recovering tungsten from copper tailings is realized.
