摘要
以就业为导向是应用型本科院校的生命线,这就要求教学评价和人才培养也必须由此出发来设计,目前普遍推行的教学评价和模式,具有封闭式、终结性、主观性等特点,不同程度地偏离了这一导向。要摆正这一导向,必须遵循"两头在外"的原则:培养标准(教学总目标)来自用人单位,培养的毕业生接受用人单位的检测,创新国际贸易人才培养模式,实现教学与就业的无缝对接。
The employment-based training model is the lifeline for application-oriented undergraduate universities,which requires the teaching evaluation and talent training to be designed on this basis.However,the currently universal teaching evaluation patterns with the features of being enclosed,final and subjective,deviate this orientation to certain extent.To adjust to the right orientation,it is required to follow two principles:the training standards are based on the needs of employers and the graduates should be tested by the employers.Innovative training model for international trade talents helps to achieve seamless docking between teaching and employment.
