拉玛泽呼吸减痛法结合会阴按摩法在正常阴道分娩中的临床应用

Pain relief through Lamaze breath combined with perineal massage in normal vaginal delivery

目的 探讨拉玛泽呼吸减痛法结合会阴按摩法在正常阴道分娩中的临床应用.方法 选取2010年10月至2011年11月在我院住院分娩的产妇400例,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各200例.对照组常规接产.实验组在常规接产基础上运用拉玛泽呼吸减痛分娩法结合会阴按摩法.结果 实验组疼痛程度、会阴完整、会阴破裂及会阴切开情况均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）;实验组产后出血、新生儿窒息率、术后并发症、总产程时间、住院天数、住院费用均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对正常分娩的产妇运用拉玛泽呼吸减痛分娩法结合会阴按摩法,可有效减轻产妇分娩时的疼痛,降低会阴侧切率、产时出血率和并发症发生率,缩短产妇住院天数,减少住院费用.

Objective To investigate the clinical application of pain relief through Lamaze breath combined with perineal massage in normal vaginal delivery.Methods 400 pregnant women undergoing hospital delivery in our hospital were selected and then divided into an experimental group and a control group,200 for each group.The control group routinely delivered.In addition,the experimental group relieved the pain with Lamaze breath and received perineal massage.Results The degree of pain,perineal complete ness,perineal rupture,and episiotomy situation of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05); and the postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia,postoperative complications,total process time,length of stay,hospital costs of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Pain relief through Lamaze breath combined with perineal massage in normal vaginal delivery can effectively alleyiate pain,reduce episiotomy rate,intrapartum bleeding rate,and complication rate,shorten hospital stay,and reduce hospitalization costs.
