胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的护理研究

目的 探讨对使用胰岛素泵治疗的2型糖尿病患者实施综合护理的疗效.方法 对使用胰岛素泵治疗的2型糖尿病患者64例实施泵前、中、后的综合护理,观察患者血糖改善情况及低血糖、穿刺点红肿硬结等不良反应的发生情况.结果 经过胰岛素泵配合综合护理治疗,患者血糖明显改善,空腹及餐后2h血糖与治疗前相比,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）,且低血糖、穿刺点红肿硬结等不良反应发生率较低.结论 胰岛素泵的正确运用和护理人员熟练的专业技能及扎实的理论基础,对2型糖尿病患者平稳控制血糖及降低不良反应的发生具有积极作用.

objective To investigate the efficacy of comprehensive nursing care for the patients with type 2 diabetes taking insulin pump therapy.Method Before,during,and after the insulin pump therapy for 64 patients with type 2 diabetes,comprehensive nursing care was carried on them.Improvement of blood glucose,low blood glucose,and adverse reactions,such as red scleroma around the puncture point,were observed.Results After being treated by insulin pump therapy and comprehensive nursing care,the patients' blood glucose was obviously better.There were statistical differences in fasting and postprandial 2 hours blood glucose before and after the treatment (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).The incidences of low blood glucose and red scleroma around the puncture point were low.Conclusion If insulin pump is correctly used and the nursing staff have good command of the professional skill and a solid theoretical foundation,the blood glucose of the patients with type 2 diabetes can be stably controlled and the incidences of adverse reactions can be lowered.
