摘要
文章针对小型装载机,使用SolidWorks三维造型软件建立了其车架和工作装置的模型,并将其导入动力学分析软件ADAMS,进行了机构动力学仿真,检验其干涉情况,并得到了一些包括运动学和动力学的曲线等关键的设计数据,对机器的设计及优化有一定的指导作用。
The paper research the wheel loader, build the 3D model of the loader with the software SolidWorks, the model including the frame and work device of the loader. Then transport the model into the software ADAMS and do dynamic simulation, inspect the interference, and acquisition some important data including the curve of kinematics and dynamics. The research has some guiding significance of the design and optimization.
