论通识教育与应用型卓越法律人才的培养

A Study on General Education and Training Brilliant Legal Undergraduates

"卓越法律人才培养教育计划"是新时期引领和指导法学教育发展方向的重大战略方针,卓越法律人才除了需要具备扎实的法律基础理论知识和实践能力,同时还要具有深厚的人文素养和必需的法律职业道德。通识教育为培养应用型卓越法律专业学生的公共品质、人文素养、科学精神提供了重要的基础知识、基本理论和方法,在卓越法律人才培养的过程中具有基础性价值与决定性作用。因此,在应用型卓越法律人才的培养过程中,应正确认识和处理通专教育的关系,抓好专业的顶层设计,设置专门的通识教育机构,配备良好的师资,同时课程设置体现通识教育目标,为应用型卓越法律人才的培养奠定基础。

Training brilliant legal undergraduates is a strategic policy which was guided and supported development of legal edu- cation in the new period. Training brilliant legal undergraduates requires not only steady basic theoretical knowledge of law and practices but also profound humanities quality and required legal ethics. General education provides basic knowledge, basic theory and means for public quality, humanities quality and scientific spirit of law students. It also has fundamental value and decisive role in training brilliant legal undergraduates. So we need to have a correct understanding of the relationship between general edu- cation and professional education. We will do a good job in top - level design for law schools. We also have to set special educa- tional institution for general education with good teachers. Meanwhile course arrangements should embody aim at general education laying the foundation for training brilliant legal undergraduates.
