摘要
针对我国的国情和高等教育的现状,要建立现代大学制度首先要凝练现代大学精神,构建起现代大学的体制,形成科学的运作体系。其中,构建现代大学体制是核心,现代大学制度的体制特征是要求产权清晰,学术自治,教授治学,管理科学。
