吉林省经济发展态势分析与对策研究

Countermeasures and Analysis of the Economic Development Situation in Jilin Province

随着振兴东北老工业基地战略的实施和长吉图开发开放先导区的发展,吉林省的经济发展迅速,增长潜力巨大,但仍存在着GDP总量较小,含金量较低,工业增加值总量较低,投资总量低,总体消费需求不足,外向型经济规模偏小等问题。针对这些问题,吉林省应做大做强支柱产业,提高工业发展水平;以长吉一体化为核心,加快吉林省特色城镇化建设;加大科技投入,提高农业综合生产能力;优化投资结构,促进投资迅速增长;积极承接国内外产业转移,大力发展对外贸易。

With the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the old industrial base of the northeast and the development of Chang-Ji-Tu pilot zone, the economy development in Jilin province has been growing rapid- ly, and has potential growth, but there are many problems in the development of economy in Jilin province, such as low total volume and level of GDP,low total volume of industrial add, low total volume of investment,lack of consumer demand, small scale of export-oriented economy. Base on these problems, Jilin province should start from the following aspects：making the pillar industries bigger and stronger, improving the development of in- dustry, speeding up the construction of urban characteristics of Jilin province based on Changchun and Jilin in- tegration, improving the comprehensive production capacity of agriculture by increasing investment of science and technology, promoting the rapid growth of investment by optimizing the structure of investment, developing foreign trade and undertaking the transfer of industries.
