摘要
建立在热平衡和物料平衡基础上 ,对某厂 4m× 2 1 m石灰窑热平衡状态的主要影响因素进行了热工过程分析 ,得到了出口二氧化碳浓度的综合影响关系式 ,并分析了各种因素的相互影响规律 ,提出了石灰窑的最优控制条件和措施 ,并对其节能效益进行了估计。
Based on the thermal balance and materials balance,the thermal process on a lime kiln of 4 m×21 m is analyzed including the state and main affecting factors.A comprehensive relationship between the concentration of carbon dioxide in the exit of the kiln and the main factors is achieved.A series of optimizing parameters and control measures on the operation of lime kiln is presented and their economical benefit of energy saving is evaluated.
