3种预浓缩方法对土壤中18种有机氯农药残留量的GC-MS分析比较 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]运用超声波萃取/气相色谱-质谱法(USE/GC-MS)探究3种浓缩方法对土壤样品的预处理效果。[方法]基于GB/T14550-2003的方法,采用恒温水浴减压法、氮吹法及其二者相结合的方式对土壤中18种有机氯农药分别进行预浓缩处理,并利用SPSS软件对其GC-MS分析结果进行分析。[结果]采用恒温水浴减压法和氮吹法的分析结果之间无显著性差异,且均优于其二者相结合的方法;其中氮吹法更适于大批量土壤样品分析的预浓缩处理。[结论]为研究简便、高效的土壤样品预浓缩方法提供了理论依据。 [Objective] The aim was to the pre-treatment effects of three pre-concentration methods on soil samples by using USE/GC-MS.[Method] Based on GB/T 14550-2003,The vacuum concentration,nitrogen-purge and the composition of both methods were used in the preconcentration for the determination of 18 OCPs in soil samples by GC-MS.The analytical results were estimated by SPSS software.[Result]There was no statistical difference between the pre-concentration methods by vacuum concentration and nitrogen-purge,and these two methods were more excellent than the composition of both methods in statistics.The nitrogen-purge method was more suitable for the pre-concentration of a large quantity of soil samples by GC-MS analysis.[Conclusion] The research results provide theoretical basis for study on simple and efficient pre-concentration method for soil samples.
