震后山区农村发展的趋势分析及对策——以甘肃陇南康县为例

The Trend Analysis and Countermeasures of Rural Development in Mountainous Area after Earthquake

2012年10 ～ 12月在甘肃陇南康县50个村庄的规划工作中,通过深入农村的调查和走访,得到了农村资源、人口、基础设施、农业产业结构、民居等基础资料.研究结果表明：人口总体呈缓慢下降趋势,耕地面积逐渐减小,同时撂荒地面积增加;农村产业结构不合理,经济发展缓慢.笔者针对山区农村产业现状和存在的问题,提出了新农村建设可持续发展的对策.

From October to December of 2012,the work of 50 new villages planning in Kang County,Longnan City,Gansu Province was carried out.To get the more detail information including every kind of resource,population,infrastructure,agricultural industry,local-style dwelling houses and so on about mountain village,every village was investigated and interviewed by the way of talk investigation as well as questionnaire.The results showed that the population and farmland are decreased slowly and leading to part of farmland abandoned.At the same time,agricultural industry structure is unreasonably and the economic fundamental is weak in rural area.Lastly,some suggestions and constructional countermeasures about new village construction and development of agriculture were given so as to realize rural economy sustainable development.
