摘要 [目的]探求在冷害温度下PVDC包膜处理对黄瓜冷害的影响。[方法]以"青绿一号"品种黄瓜为试材,以黄瓜发生的冷害温度4和7℃作为试验的贮藏温度,每种温度下采用PVDC包膜处理,着重考察了贮藏过程中与冷害相关的各指标(冷害指数、冷害发生率、丙二醛含量、膜渗透率、CAT活性、POD活性)的变化情况。[结果]试验表明,包膜处理对黄瓜冷害的影响与对照相比有显著性差异。在黄瓜冷害温度下,PVDC包膜处理黄瓜的冷害指数与冷害发病率保持较低;延缓黄瓜细胞膜渗透率及丙二醛含量随时间的升高;延缓黄瓜CAT、POD活性随时间的降低。[结论]黄瓜在处于冷害温度范围内运输时,可通过PVDC包膜处理的方法减轻冷害的影响。 [Objective] To study effects of PVDC coating treatment on chilling injury of cucumber in storage of low storage.[Method] Adopting "green 1" cucumber as experiment material and cucumber chilling temperature 7 ℃ and 4 ℃ as storage temperature,under each temperature using PVDC coating treatment,the variation of indexes related to chilling injury during storage process (chilling injury index,chilling injury incidence,malondialdehyde content,CAT activity,membrane permeability,POD activity) were investigated.[Result] The results showed that the effect of coating treatment on chilling injury of cucumber has a significant difference.With PVDC treatment,the chilling index and disease rate of cucumber maintain relatively low; delay cucumber cell membrane permeability and MDA content increasing with time; delay cucumber CAT,POD activity decreasing with time.[Conclusion] When cucumber were transported in the temperature that can lead to chilling injury,PVDC coating treatment can be used to lighten the chilling injury.
