黄河三角洲土地资源可持续利用研究

On the Sustainable Using of the Land Resources in the Yellow River Delta

黄河三角洲是我国3大三角洲之一,所涉辖区面积达2.65万km2。它拥有丰富的土地资源,但是土地质量较差,生态环境脆弱。该研究分析了黄河三角洲土地资源的现状,针对该地区存在的土地利用结构不合理、土地开发效益低、土地生态环境恶化等问题,提出了加大土地执法力度、促进土地集约化利用、加强农业生态环境建设等对策。

The Yellow River Delta is one of the three biggest deltas in China.Its area is about 26500 km,and it has rich land resources,but the land quality is poor and eco-environment is fragile.The status of land resources in Yellow River Delta was analyzed.In view of the unreasonable land structure,low efficiency of land development,ecological environment deterioration and other issues,several countermeasures were put forward,such as enhancing land law enforcement,promoting land intensive utilization,strengthening agriculture eco-environment construction.
