天津市农村劳动力文化程度历史变迁研究

On Historical Change of Cultural Degree of Rural Labor Force in Tianjin City

分析了天津市1978 ～2010年农民教育的历史沿革及现状,研究了天津市农村劳动力文化程度的变化并探讨了天津市农村农民教育存在的问题.在此基础上,从转变农民教育观念、政府管理、投资、培训模式等方面提出了政策建议.

The history and status of farmers education in Tianjin City during 1978-2010 was analyzed,the change of education degree of rural labor force in Tianjin City was studied.The existing problems were discussed.On the basis of this,several suggestions were put forward from aspects of changing farmers＇ educational idea,government management,investment,training mode.
