摘要
利用苯酚-硫酸法测定了宁夏枸杞、新疆枸杞、枸杞果实和植株相同部位叶片中的多糖含量.结果表明:枸杞、宁夏枸杞、新疆枸杞叶片中可溶性糖含量分别是62.40,167.08,126.00μg/g,宁夏枸杞和新疆枸杞叶片中多糖含量较高,分别是枸杞的2.69倍和2.03倍;3种枸杞果实中多糖含量大小依次是宁夏枸杞(80 mg/g)、新疆枸杞(50.68 mg/g)、枸杞(29.64 mg/g).叶片中多糖含量和果实中多糖含量之间具有显著正相关性(r=0.97),说明枸杞以多糖为目标的遗传改良可以在早期开展间接选择.
Polysaccharide content in leaves and fruit of Lycium barbarum L. ,L. chinense Mill and L. dasystemum Pojark were determined by spectrophotometer. The result showed:Polysaccharide content in leaves of L. chinense Mill,L. barbarum 1,. and L. dasystemum Pojark were 62.40,167.08,126.00 μg/g respectively. Polysaceharide content in leaves of L. barbarum L. and L. dasystemum, Pojark was higher than that of L. chinense Mill(2.69 and 2.03 times). Polysaecharide content in fruit of L. barbarum L. ,L. dasystemum Pojark and L. chinense Mill was 80 mg/g,50.68 mg/g and 29.64 mg/g. There was marked plus correlation ( r = 0.97 ) of polysaccharide content in leaves and fruit. It was possible to indirect selection for higher polysaccharide content of Lyeium.
