This paper prsents the theory and the method of creating chinese dBASEⅢ report program with the usage of data base extended structure file,it also shows the common report program designed with this method.The mthod well solves the generality,flexbility and utility of data base report module.Through two years practice,the generatity and retia- bility of this report program is thoroughtg convincible.
