高校辅导员非权力性影响力在“90后”大学生思想政治教育中的作用

On the Role of College Counselors' Non-power Influence in Ideological and Political Eduction of "Post -90s" College Students

随着"90后"逐渐成为大学生群体的主力军,高校辅导员所面对的教育对象也发生了变化,这给高校思想政治教育工作带来了新的挑战和更高的要求。因此,高校辅导员非权力性影响力与权力性影响力相比对学生的全面发展显得更为重要。本文针对"90后"身上所具有的思想行为特点,深入分析了高校辅导员非权力性影响力在思想政治教育中的作用,为高校思想政治教育工作的顺利开展起到了至关重要的作用。

With the ＂post-90s＂ gradually becoming the main part of college students, new challenges and higher demands are required in college ideological and political education. College counselors＇ non-power influence is more important than power influence in students＇ comprehensive development. In view of the characteristics of ＂post-90s＂ college students＇s psychology, this paper deeply analyzes the role of college counselors＇ non-power influence in their ideological and political education.
