本文结合我国研究生教育发展情况和研究生自身特点,探讨了辅导员在研究生培养工作中的角色定位问题。在尊重研究生专业特点和主体意识的前提下,通过开展针对性的辅导工作,为研究生培养育人工作提供良好的成长和发展环境。

On the basis of summarizing the development situation of China＇s postgraduate education and the characteristics of postgraduates themselves, this paper investigates the role positioning of the counselor in the educational work of postgraduates. On the premise of respecting postgraduates＇ professional characteristics and subjective consciousness, through the targeted counseling, we attempts to provide good growing and development environment for the educational work of postgraduates.
