高职院校辅导员基础能力建设能有效提升学生思想政治教育的有效性,"六个一"工程是提高高职辅导员基础能力的有效载体,有利于调动辅导员工作的积极性,推动辅导员队伍的发展。
The construction on basic ability of higher vocational counselors can effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of the students. The ＂six＂ project is an effective carrier to improve the basic ability of higher vocational counselors. It is propitious to move the enthusiasm of counselors＇ work and promote the development of counselor team.
