摘要
按照中央16号文件精神,加强高校班集体建设具有重要意义,但目前的新形势下却存在着一些制约高校班集体建设的因素;体验式培训作为一种先进的手段,能使高校班集体建设变得更加有效、易行。
According to the spirit of the No.16 central document, to enhance the construction of college class collective is of great significance, but there exist some factors restricting the construction of college class collective in the new situation. Experiential training, as an advanced method, can make the construction of college class collective more effective and feasible.
