寝室精神文化是整个寝室文化的核心,是深层次的寝室文化的表现。寝室精神文化指的是大学生在寝室文化活动中表现出来的对精神生活方式和价值观的追求,它能够展现大学生的共同理想,共同追求,共同信仰,共同价值观和共同精神面貌,它是整个寝室文化的灵魂和关键,也是整个寝室文化甚至是校园文化最终要达到的目的。可以说,寝室精神文化是一种催人奋发向上的精神力量,能反映大学生的思想、人生观和价值观。没有健全的寝室精神文化,其他文化建设和发展就会畸形,高校寝室文化也就荡然无存。

This paper firstly introduces the definition, connotation and role of the dormitory spirit culture, and then discusses the importance of constructing healthy and complete dormitory spirit culture. With healthy and complete dormitory spirit culture, other cultures cannot be constructed and develop well, and college dormitory culture cannot form.
