摘要 介绍日本橘湾火电厂1号超临界锅炉(1050MW)。这是日本具备最先进的蒸汽参数(主蒸汽压力25MPa,主蒸汽温度600℃,再热蒸汽温度610℃)和最大单机容量(1050MW)的燃煤超临界滑压运行直流锅炉。本文介绍了橘湾1号炉设计的概要和设备的技术特点。该机组具有优越的调峰运行性能并能适应频繁的起动和停机操作;能适应多煤种变化,具备高度的技术可靠性。 The Tachibanawan Thermal Power Station No. 1 Boiler is a 1050MW coal firing USC (Ultra-Super Critical) Unit. The steam condition is highest (25 MPa, 600/610℃ ) in Japan and the generating output is 1050MW which is maximum unit output boiler in Japan. This paper introduces the design feature of Tachibanawan No. l boiler.The basic concepts adopted in engineering the plant are; (1) To be of efficient, not only for base load operation but also for cycling service which calls for frequent start-up and shut-down as well as for stable continuous low load operation under variable pressure. (2) Paying consideration on the properties and burning characteristics of a variety of imported coal (imported from Australia, China etc.) in order to achieve high plant operating reliability. (3) Capable of operation with high load change rate.
