摘要
目的:应用层次分析法和德尔菲法建立PACS评估体系。方法:邀请包括医学影像学、计算机应用、生物医学工程学、PACS项目管理、临床医疗的专家9名,采用德尔菲法建立评估体系的指标框架,采用层次分析法确定评估体系各级指标权重。结果:构建的评估体系包括一级指标5个、二级指标23个。5个一级指标即供应商综合能力、产品成熟性与先进性、系统安全性与可靠性、系统准确性和系统性能的权重分别为0.091 7、0.224 7、0.232 6、0.181 0、0.270 0;二级指标组合权重按权重大小排序,权重最大的前5位分别是工作站性能、系统存储与影像存档性能、影像质量及显示性能、数据的完整性和数据安全策略。各级指标权重均满足一致性检验,所得权重是可以接受的。结论:德尔菲法和层次分析法是建立评估体系的可行、有效方法。
Objective To develop a new PACS evaluation system by using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi Technique.Methods Nine experts of medical imaging,computer application,biomedical engineering,PACS project management and clinical medicine were included in the development of the system,which used Delphi Technique to establish the index framework and Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weights of the indexes.Results The system involved in 5 first-class indexes and 23 second-class indexes.The first-class indexes consisted of supplier's comprehensive capability,product maturity and progressiveness,system safety and reliability,system accuracy as well as system performance,which were gifted with the weights of 0.091 7,0.224 7,0.232 6,0.181 0 and 0.270 0,respectively.The second-class indexes were sorted based on the weights,and the five ones with the highest weights were workstation,system storage and picture archiving,image quality and display,data integrity as well as data security strategy.All classes of indexes were consonant with the consistency test,and all weights were acceptable.Conclusion Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi Technique can be used for the establishment of the evaluation system.
