摘要
目的:研究和探讨自制全瓷修复体黏性棒的拉伸黏结强度及临床应用价值。方法:模拟全瓷修复体制作截面直径为2 mm的圆柱状实验件15件,采用光固化小毛刷及弹性树脂自制瓷修复体黏性棒60根与实验件呈直线黏结,随机平均分为A和B两个实验组,B组的黏性棒为分离后再次黏结。以30根商品化黏性棒与实验件呈直线黏结作为C组,上述3组进行拉伸黏结强度的对比。结果:3组拉伸黏结强度之间的差别均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),2组自制黏性棒的拉伸黏结强度均高于成品黏性棒。结论:自制全瓷修复体黏性棒操作简便且黏结牢靠,适合临床应用。
Objective To investigate and discuss the tensile bond strength and clinical application value of self-developed bonding bar for ceramic restorations.Methods Fifteen experimental pieces of simulating ceramic restorations were made as cylinders with 2 mm diameter.Sixty self-developed bonding bars made by light-curing brushes and elastic resin were bonded straightly with the experimental pieces.All the experimental pieces were randomly divided into two groups of A and B which were bonded again after separation of group A.Group C,which consisted of 30 commercialized bonding bars,together with groups of A and B,went through tensile bond strength contrast.Results Differences between the three groups of tensile bond strength were highly statistically significant(P<0.01).The tensile bond strength of the two groups of selfdeveloped bonding bars was higher than the commercialized bonding bars.Conclusion Self-developed bonding bar is easy to operate,reliable for bonding,and suitable for clinical application.
