摘要
目的:介绍一种应用于婴幼儿的CT和普通X线摄影的放射检查防护和固定装置及其在临床中的应用。方法:本装置主要由检查床上的3块倒U形含有0.5 mm铅当量的有机铅玻璃罩和含有凹陷的3块垂直铅挡板组成,形成一个相对独立的空间,通过调节倒U形有机铅玻璃罩的相对位置和垂直铅挡板,对应不同的照射野,以达到防护目的。结果:通过使用此检查防护与固定装置,可明显减少非检查部位X线的照射剂量,患儿放射检查成功率提高到98%以上。结论:此装置操作简单、快捷、安全舒适,是适用于婴幼儿的放射检查防护与固定装置。
Objective To develop and apply a new protective and fixation device for infant CT and X-ray examinations.Methods The device was composed of three pieces of inverted-U 0.5 mm lead glass,three vertical lead baffles and an examining table,which formed a relatively independent space and different exposure fields by regulating the position of the glass and the baffles.Results The device could reduce the radiation dose of the non-target site,and the success rate for infant radiology examination was increased to 98% or more.Conclusion The protective and fixation device for infant radiology examination is easy to operate,convenient and safe,and thus worth popularizing clinically.
