3.0T磁共振在眼眶占位性病变中的诊断价值

Diagnosis Value of 3.0T MR Imaging in Orbital Lesions

目的:探讨3.0T磁共振成像技术在眼眶占位性病变中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经临床或病理证实的21例眼眶占位性病变的影像学表现,所有病例均行3.0T MR平扫加增强扫描。结果:眼眶良、恶性占位病变的MR信号分别有各自特点,21例中眼眶海绵状血管瘤6例,炎性假瘤4例,甲状腺相关眼病3例,皮样囊肿2例,恶性淋巴瘤3例,浆细胞瘤1例,脂肪瘤1例,泪腺腺瘤1例。结论:3.0T磁共振可对眼眶病变进行准确定位并判定病变性质,对治疗及手术方式的选择有重要意义。

Objective To study the value of 3.0T MR in the diagnosis of orbital occupying lesions.Methods MRI findings in 21 patients with pathologically proved orbital occupying lesions were analyzed.All of 21 patients were examined by both plain and enhanced 3.0T MR scanning.Results The characteristics of MR signal between benign diseases and malignant tumors were different.There were six cases of orbital cavernous hemangioma,4 cases of orbital idiopathic pseudotumor,3cases of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy,2 cases of dermoid,3 cases of malignant lymphoma,1 case of plasmacytoma,1case of lipoma and 1 case of pleomorphic adenoma.Conclusion 3.0T MR can locate the lesions and characterize the nature of the lesions,and play an important role in the selection of the treatment and approaches to orbitotomy.
